Woke up at eight this morning realizing that the power had gone out sometime through the night...have to open store at 11 so I still had at least an hour to sleep...reset my alarm and went back to dream land...

Woke up again and looked at my clock...power had gone out again...found my watch...OH GREAT!! It's 10 o'clock...jumped out of bed and went upstairs to make coffee...

My grandmother is staying with us after a 7 week stay in hospital...I was explaining to her about the whole internal clock thing and about the power being off and two minutes later she starts telling me how she couldn't get the stove to work and she tried all four burners and nothing! Sanility is a wonderful thing...

So it is now about 10:15 and I'm wolfing down toast and inhaling my "Super Tim" mug full of coffee...have about fifteen minutes to get ready and of course I'm making the internet a priority this morning...

Well time to check my emails...

Another wasted day gone in a blink...went to work, came home, ate supper and went to visit my friend and former sister-in-law who just happens to be eight months pregnant with my ex room-mate's baby...Dan the misunderstood man...gets a bad rep but I give him points for sticking around...

I'm feeling very thin after the visit...never mind that we weigh the same and she is eight months prego...but I'm about four inches taller than her so that's my excuse...ha ha...

Found out tonight that the mother of former Monkey Michael Nesmith was the inventor of Liquid Paper...more useless information to clog my brain...and now yours...

Sitting here as a drink my coffee...getting ready to go to my paying job...a local video store...but hey...at least I am working in the movie industry...

If anyone knows me well enough they know I want to be a writer...or a photographer...or a singer...OK...so there are endless possibilities for me...well I doubt I'll ever be a singer because honestly I don't believe I have the talent...but writing is my thing anyway. And again come all the choices...which area do I focus on? Do I continue on that long journey of song-writing; should I continue with my short stories? Or should I make the decision to be a Hollywood script writer and work like mad to hit that April 17th deadline for the Acclaim TV Screenwriting competition? I finally received my copy of "Will & Grace; Will On Ice" from Script City ($40 later)...was going to enter the script I've been writing into the ABC/Disney fellowship program but as a Canadian citizen I'm not eligible...sucks I know but I did make a smart move recently...I applied for the Green Card Lottery...so you just never know...I may be a Yank within a year after-all...but if that doesn't happen I'll find myself on a plane back to Edmonton this time next year...that would be awesome considering how much I miss everyone there.

OK...so I'm boring myself writing this and I'm guessing that if anyone has bothered to read this they are thinking, "So what?" So I'll stop for now and update later...
